I moved today (June 4th) and I got a quote over the phone for a flat rate. When they got to my house they did charge me a little more, but it was still cheaper than the other movers I had to fire earlier in the morning. They were VERY FAST, professional and I'm so happy I chose them. They were my second choice based on the bad review written on Feb 22, 2008 - but they were my back-up because they were cheaper. They brought 4 people and it took them only an hour and a half to move me our of my house - this includes breaking down a bedroom set etc. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!
