The first instance of them coming out was fine - weeds died, grass looked good, etc. But I paid for a full year, 7 applications, and I tried calling several different numbers associated with Ryan and his company but could not get anyone to answer. Lawn is starting to have weeds, I was also promised free aeration because I paid for a year instead of per treatment. I do not have any confirmation of work except from the first one in April. Weeds are starting to crop up again. If anyone is going to do business with Realistic Lawn Care, make sure to get recordings of calls and any interactions. The phone number they list has no one ever pick up, Ryan's number that he gave me after I met him personally - he does not pick up and his voicemail is perpetually full, the realistic lawn care email constantly bounces back as mailbox full, numerous voicemails have been left. I am at the point where only physical mail and face to face is going to be the only way to get any response from anyone from this company.
