Took our Truck in to get a price on a muffler and repair and Jesse went from $375 to $425. The next day when I went to get the job done the price went up to $664 He had already put the truck up on the rack the day before and swore to my husband and I he would treat us right. Yeah right! Jesse danced all around in making promises he had NO intention of keeping. I will post this on social media to warn others of the shady doings with Jesse at big Al's in Suffolk, Va Beware my friends!
