General Info
Depending upon your unique health care needs, follow-up visits may include a combination of nutritional therapy, traditional acupuncture, botanical supplements, laser acupuncture, and manual therapies. A pre-paid package of ten visits is available for $649 (includes inital office visit with assessment). The cost of nutritional and botanical supplements is not included in the office visit fee. If it is deemed to be appropriate for you, most of our supplement and herbal programs cost from $30 to $80 per month. Insurance Policies: We do not participate in any forms of health care insurance panels, HMO, PPO, Worker's Compensation or auto accident / no-fault. If your insurance plan covers acupuncture (which some do), we will provide you with an itemized superbill reciept at the end of each office visit. You can then submit this bill to your insurance provider. If your plan covers acupuncture, your provider will reimburse you directly. However, it is your responsibility to know the extent of your insurance coverage as it relates to acupuncture.
