Located in Succasunna, N.J., Kennedy Elementary School is a part of the Roxbury Township School District. The school provides general academic programs to more than 350 students in kindergarten through grade four. It conducts classes in reading, writing, math, science and social studies. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as art, music, and technical and physical education. Kennedy Elementary School has a parent-teacher association that conducts fundraising activities and special events, including family nights and talent shows. The school also offers the English as a Second Language program. It provides special education classes to gifted and talented students. In addition, it offers speech, language and occupational therapies to students with learning disabilities. The school s staff includes media, reading and enrichment specialists.
