I hired Appraisel One for a Tax Appeal for Byram Township for Tax Year 2008.
At first they seemed very professional and told me that I had a strong case since the
Appraisel Company the Township hired had over assesed my property.
After I had compensated them and 2 days before the appeal hearing they called me
urging me to withdraw since everyone who went through with the apppeal was
either being rubber stamped or their assesment was going to be raised.
This turned out to be completly false since all my neighbors,'Six in all", all went to the hearing and
received deductions.
When I called and confronted Appraisel One with this all they said was that it was'nt like that when I was there.
Apraisel One did offer me a discount for the 2009 Tax Appeal when they were urging me to withdraw during the 2 days
before the hearing.
The was a terrible experience and I can only tell people to check references of Business's like this especially when you are compensating them in advance.

A small time business run by a man who will promise you the moon while taking your money in advance without regard of delivering services on time or at all. Don't just take my word for it check out this business's BBB rating.
