Founded in 1995, Countrywide Construction, LLC has established itself as a premier builder in Northeastern Wisconsin. Our aim is to provide customers with quality homes that offer comfort, have efficient design, and incorporate personalized features. We feel that with a home being the most important investment that people make, homeowners should expect and receive only the best. All of our owners and key employees are from the area, which gives them an advantage by knowing the area and the local businesses that we work with. Countrywide Construction, LLC was established on the principal that providing high-quality professional craftsmanship and project management guarantees satisfaction. Our objective is to give each project the attention to detail that it deserves. We believe that homes should be both energy efficient and inspiring. Countrywide Construction, LLC is committed to providing all of our clients with excellent service to ensure their satisfaction. Although we are large enough to take on any residential project, we are still small enough to offer personal service. At Countrywide Construction, you work with the same person from the planning stages, through construction, and beyond. We pride ourselves in listening to our clients and thus developing relationships with our customers that can only come from satisfaction. Kevin Guilette, half owner of Countrywide Construction, has been working in the building industry since 1990. He worked for Door County contractors before partnering with Mark Jandrin in 1995. Kevin assists clients with site planning and preparation, and handles most of the general contracting of our projects. He ensures follow-through on all aspects of the homes we improve and build. Most of our past clients will tell you that his personality and openness with the details of their project is a large part of what influenced their decision to partner with our company. Mark Jandrin, half owner of Countrywide Construction, has also been working in construction since 1990. Mark oversees the physical construction of our homes. He supervises the quality and efficiency of our construction. Customers remember his great eye for making suggestions during the building process. Janette ( Jan ) Guilette is the in-house designer for Countrywide Construction. She received her architectural degree in 1995, graduating with highest honors. With innovative design software, Jan draws homes and remodeling projects as a 3-D model. This gives our clients a great opportunity to visualize their home before construction begins. Jan is also actively involved with the Door County Home Builders Association, currently serving a second term on the Board of Directors. Richard ( Rick ) Wiesner, II has been an employee of Countrywide Construction since 2001. In addition to holding an accounting degree he has experience in employee management. After spending 5 years as a foreman in the field for Countrywide, Rick joined Kevin in the office to assist with customer and job management. His combination of experience and education makes him a knowledgeable resource for our customers through all phases of their planning and construction.
