The rate is good for the area of town the hotel is located. A couple of drawbacks that will give me pause in using or recommending this hotel: the ice machine is located inside the private office and ice isn't always available, like at other hotels
Also they wanted to charge $25 when I asked for late check out, which has never been an issue in other hotels during my travels.
Very reasonable. Great and very clean. Glad I stayed here. Got great service and when I wanted to sleep in asked for no room service. Very close to pretty much everything: the studios, Hollywood, U.C.L.A. , Beverly Hills, close to 405, and fairly close to Downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica as well.
If you want daily husekeeping it costs extra!
