The 5 stars only go for Rakesh in the photo department. He is the nicest, kindest employee you have. I am daily at your store, Mr. Manning, and I can tell you that you need more employees like him. Today when I was there, there were 3 other people standing by me who agreed totally. On the other hand there is another employee, Janice, in Electronics who cares very little to help you. The very worst of your employees is Linda at the Pharmacy. She is abrupt, unhelpful, always with a long face and have very little patience. Most of the pharmacy employees are far from helpful or service oriented to the client. Actually I have wanted to change my pharmacy because of how they deal with people. They need a lesson on Costumer Service. Linda needs help or needs to be removed from direct contact with customers. Perhaps a little reprimand from you, may help her. Rakesh needs to be recognized, always serves you with a smile and patience.
