The issue i had staying here was the front desk staff . There is one girl in there who seems very nice everytime i speak with her but ive complained to them several times about people in there causing problems and nothing seems to get addressed. Yet they threatened to kick me out several times for the same things id see other renters do. My major issue was with the front desk girl named ASHLEY! She needs to be fired her customer service skills are terrible i moved out and went somewhere were im payin more just because i refuse to deal with her. She seems to always have a attitude she walked into our suite when we were in there and wasnt invited in then i complained to the front desk about it and i get a phone call saying its the front desk telling me they wi handle there staff but if i do xyz again ill be getting kicked out come to find out ot was this ASHLEY girl i complained about which tells me the owner was never spoken to about the situation and she will not be reprimanded for her actions. If i were you id stay away from this hotel its not worth staying there if you have to deal with the rude staff members that work there. Im a district manager and if this was my establishment she would have been fired on the spot no questions asked!
