The staff that work there are very unfriendly and not helpful. Anytime you ask a question regarding the machines, regarding classes or any kind of information needed they react with a unfriendly and bothered attitude. I feel that the gym is not well managed and they should be losing a lot of business due to their tremndous lack of concern for their customers. Not to mention of the personal trainers who are always talking and hanging out with all the girls

The gym and facility is great but the service is terrible.
