AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! They charged my family $3000 for a $2000 cremation. We were quoted $2000 but prepaid $3000 just in case. When the time came they kept the whole $3000, but I found out later that when my sister called to have them pick up the body she was told it would only cost $2000 (I didn't find that out till too late). I also had a friend call and ask for a price and he was quoted $2000 for the exact same cremation package. There isn't a place in hell hot enough for these folks!

I myself had a horrible experience. I requested bag pipes, they were not there. Than the urn was not even sealed and the ashes were in a bag with a zip tie. Thank God the ashes did not fall out and i grabbed the uen or my fiance's ashes would have been all over the floor. The death certificate was the wrong social security number due to the woman in the office. I asked for his ashes to be put in my necklace was not even finished for his service. His urn was not even ready at the service i payed so much money for an urn that was not even in his final resting place he got transferred nor was i even told that i could see him at the funeral home before they transported him to get created. The prayer cards were not correct either. I payed for two different ones and only received one. The director was very good but everyone else in the office had no clue what they were doing. Very mismanaged and no one communicates.

If it was possible for me to give negative stars I would be all for it. I have been to plenty of funerals and I never had anything negative to say about them UNTIL my family decided to have my grandfathers wake and funeral at this place which I don't even want to call a funeral home. I attended my grandfathers wake this past Tuesday 1/14/2014. I was one of the first to arrive to the late viewing. When I walked in I had no idea where my grandpa casket was. There was no signs or anything and no one to greet you. I looked for anyone who worked there and found some young lady in her office texting away rather then doing her job and assisting me and my family. Even when she saw more of my family arriving she still sat in her office and didn't direct us. Eventually I just asked my uncle where grandpa was. When I viewed my grandpa I noticed my grandpa casket was sitting on the collapsible casket roller. Every wake I have ever been to had the casket on a stand or had the casket roller covered
