I shopped recently during a sale, and should have received an extra 20% off with a store coupon that the cashier had at her register. I asked the cashier about the discount, and the store coupon she said "no discount because you're not using your Bon-Ton card". The following day I was shopping at the Bon-Ton in Easton, and the cashier took an extra 20% off using a store coupon she had, without my use of a Bon-Ton card. I was confused, and returned to the store in Stroudsburg, I told the 'manager on duty' didn't get her name because she didn't make contact with me, in addition to being disrespectful and rude. The same cashier that had not given me the proper discount was present, and obviously nervous, she argued, said I didn't get the discount because I didn't use my card, which had nothing to do with the fact that she chose for some strange reason to not give me the 20% deduction! When corrected was almost $40.00! No apology, disrespectful attitude, no wonder this store is empty!!
