KUDOS to the entire staff at Thompsons. My wife and I just purchased an RV from there and couldnt be happier. I worked with John and it was a one on one business happening. I actually had a good time with everybody while I was there. There were a few issues that I wanted taken care of and all I had to do was ask. The man bent over backwards for us. Thompsons are even going to store my unit on their lot until spring.. To tell you the truth, I could be a human commercial for Thompson Campers. Do yourselves a favor and visit Thompsons when youre looking for an RV. Once again, thank you guys for being real people. Canton,Ohio

I was scheduled to have warranty work done at Thompson Campers. When I brought in my trailer on the scheduled day, I was told that "they tried calling but got my voice mail" and that I would have to wait two more weeks before they could get my trailer in. They didn't leave a message, just "tried calling". After waiting two weeks I brought in the trailer back in, the next day they called and said they didn't want to do it and they were "walking away" from the work. John was short with me on the phone and treated me like a problem not a customer. I had to pick up my trailer and take it to another company for my repair work to be completed.
