I took my Volvo S60 to Desi Auto Care for the first time. I am impressed with the service. The desk attendant was courteous. Upfront, he explained the prices for diagnostic. A day later, they diagnosed the reason my car was running poorly and quoted the prices to fix several problems uncovered. I like this level of professionalism same as you would expect from a good dealership. I will not hesitate to go back to Desi Auto care.

This is my 3rd time visit. The shop provides quality job and is a relatively local but their service and pricing are superb. I cannot imagine taking my audi anywhere else. Thank you again for accommodating my emergency request.

I came in on a Friday almost closing time 6pm and Desi Auto Care guys still took care of my Porsche oil change to make sure my Cayman was ready for the weekend travel from Cherry Hill to Canada. 5 stars for above average service thank you.

Last week, I heard a distinct rattling noise coming from the front passenger door while driving at 40 mph speed.

I decided to look for an independent MINI repair shop. Stumbled upon Desi Auto Care in Stratford and saw the good reviews. I wanted to give it a try. Andrew was able to find the cause and fix it. He showed me in door what was causing the noise. It turned out, a small metal O-ring was broken off and was hitting against MINI door. He was able to repair it timely. He even sat in my car with me as I drove around the block to make sure that the noise is no longer happening.

Very happy that they were able to fix my issue. The price was also economical. Will take my MINI here for service in the future. Definitely recommend….!!!

When the power steering went out when I was leaving board-meeting. I called around to find a shop that worked on Land Rover’s that I could have the vehicle towed to. I spoke with Sam on the call. I left my LR overnight and dropped my key to Dropbox since they were closed at 8pm when I was able to get the Rover towed there. Technician was able to determine the cause of the problem was an O-RING and hose. I ended up paying mainly for labor as the location of the part needed lots of dismantling.

They were honorary which I appreciate the most!!!

After seeing a red warning sign on my Jaguar, I had my co-worker take a look at it and it turns out my XE needed a new alternator. Genuine OEM alternator was replaced and the red warning sign was gone.

They’re not fishing for your wallet while discussing to you. Honest work and I’m all in on supporting family-run businesses that are this good.

I have had Desi Auto Care work on all my cars (including Mecedes Benz E-350) for years....the integrity and personal care goes beyond.........they stand behind their job. Now my Volkswagen job is completed by Desi. new Brakes, new tires, Engine oil seals/cam seals/timing & idler/serpentine belt, synthetic oil & filter, brake fluid flushed and engine checks to make sure fine quality job, my mind is resetting VW odometer to 000000 again! Happy trails to me.

Main purpose of my visit was to replacement of my BMW O2 sensor. I read bad stories about trying to do yourself break them loosen, use of liquid wrench, WD 40, butane torches, hammers, etc. This was way more than I can handle for this job.

Doing all this I forgot the brand new sensor at house, and instead of him saying I come back another time, Lead mechanic did break it loosen for me so I can go home and replace by myself. He did not ask for any money! I like to give him 10 stars if I am allowed!

Gave Desi Auto Care a try. I wasn’t disappointed. Brought my old Audi Q5 for a transmission assessment because it was creating a grinding sound when I speed up. Chris knew there was a issue and get it fixed. Took a little longer than expected since he wasn’t satisfied with job unless it was fully satisfactory; but it was fixed and it drives perfect.

24 month warranty included - peace of mind! I’ve been driving it for 3 weeks now, with two long trips to Virginia and back. No problem whatsoever. I must recommend Desi!

In fact, when there is a problem they go above and beyond to make it correct. Any shop can give good service, but it takes an exceptionally great businessman to do what they did when a problem happens. 10/10 I would definitely recommend them to everyone who needs BMW or MINI service.

Desi crew takes the time to explain the issue and show you what is really needed to repair. With my Mercedes 2007 R320 "clearly showing it's age" I'm glad to have these mechanics taking care of my vehicle. I don't to stress about costing me too much or doing service that I don't need. And my Mercedes is returned very clean with streeing cover and floor mate. Solid team-Solid shop...!!!

This tall technician was friendly and looked at my Jaguar XJL right away. He discovered the problem fast! He told me that previous shop had made a mistake on my Jaguar and forgot to plug wire in under the hood causing my vehicle getting overheated. He plugged it correctly and front desk guy says no charge! ( But I gave $20 tip) they were ethical to help me. It's rare to find upfront mechanics anymore - I will service my Jag here.

I was worried of my 12 years old car but they replaced my transmission with zero hassles! and gave me good warranty. I’ll go back without any hesitation.

Chris called me to give good news- my '14 Land Rover was fixable and will run better than ever. I gave him the OK and he had my SUV ready by Tuesday. When I picked it, I was impressed, LR has better power, better pick-up, "Check Engine Sign" was gone, then he suggest me future maintenance, great! I know what to expect.

The business has a family -feel and the staff is friendly I know I can rely on Desi Auto Care and keep my Rover safe to drive.

Took my Audi to Desi Auto Care reason it had failed its emissions test again and "Check Brake System" sign was going ON/OFF randomly. Josh fixed the emissions issue, he took my A8 in for me to re-test it and making sure it passed. He found the reason for brake warning sign, which turned out sign has nothing to do with brakes, but a very minor leak in Audi's oil system.

Desi Auto Care's vibe is friendly but not fake or cloying.

I have never done any business transaction with Desi Auto (not yet) I found that the Chris was very responsive to my questions and gave me reliable advice. I will be taking my BMW here it needs repair (but hopefully not). Seems like a friendly shop to have your BMW serviced.

Most of my neighbor's come here. They fixed cylinder scoring and heavy knocking noise on my Porsche 911. Chris explained everything (before and After) and that my day better. Desi Auto Care has restored my trust in mechanic shop. I highly recommend these hard-working guys!

Note: these was 78 year old person named Russell waiting with me in the office who drives from Atlantic City to have his Porsche repaired there! ( Russell gets 5 stars too!)
