The Stratford Nursing & Rehab Center is a 65-plus-bed nursing facility. It offers physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies. The facility provides hospice, respite, nursing and wound care services. The Stratford Nursing & Rehab Center accepts various long-term care insurance plans. As a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility, it offers infusion therapy and tube feeding services, as well as social and activity programs. The Stratford Nursing & Rehab Center organizes a variety of social events for its residents and features independent living apartments. The facility is a part of Care Initiatives, which operates various nursing homes and assisted and independent living centers in over 55 locations throughout Iowa. Care Initiatives has a partnership with the Iowa Health Care Association.
