The guys that came originally had the wrong equipment for an apartment building but quickly arranged to have the correct equipment on site. They worked quickly and the carpet looked as good as it could for it's age. Some spots could have used a little more attention and I am sure the next time (and there will be a next time!) I will point them out and they will take care of them. For the price and the amount of work they had to do, I certainly can't complain. One thing that I would have done differently is to have put supports under more of the heavy furniture until the carpet dried. Some of the antiques left stain marks on the carpet. But overall I was very happy with the work.

We were more than satisfied. It was last minute, and they had an appointment. Carpets look great. Even the grungy stairs and spots in carpet were gone. Spencer was prompt, helpful, courteous and thorough. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

My living room carpet had some pretty nasty stains and hadn't been cleaned in years. Though they weren't able to get all of the stains out, it look and feels 100% better than what it did. I would definitely use them again.

Brought in my area rug which was 8 x 10 to get cleaned. Picked it up and it was horrible. The rug was shrunk and totally flat. Never ever going there again. Now I have to go buy a new rug. I guess that's what you get when you are only charged $16.50. Should have used that money towards a new rug.

Those guys were Awesome!!! Came out to my house and helped me with a flood from the rain. They helped me robed standing water, wood laminate floor, made good suggestions so I could protect my art work and took their time to the job right the diets time. They even gave me assistant with my subpump! Thanks guys!

The two young men who cleaned my carpets, leather couch, kitchen floor tile and grout were very clean, professional and quiet. They noticed that the couch needed cleaning, and gave good suggestions on the kitchen floor tile and grout. I recommend the services Stanley Steemer offers. It is expensive, but worth the money.
