Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Stratford, Conn., offers a range of health care services for the people of the city and surrounding areas. The hospital is a family-owned and operated nursing facility with 250 beds. It offers subacute care, long- and short-term rehabilitation stays, and hospice and respite care to individuals with varying needs. It provides additional services, such as 24-hour skilled nursing care, inclusive of intravenous therapy that is provided by a staff of more than 300 people. The center also offers dental care, podiatry, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, occupational and respiratory therapy and optometry services. Registered dietitians plan menus and prescribe individual dietary needs.

My mother came here about 6 months ago and I've been thoroughly impressed by the staff. They've made us feel like we're the only family there and for people who have such busy jobs this is incredible. They're professional and very warm, it feels like home which is more than we can ask for.
