Reviews
In 11/2016 a new HVAC was installed that NEVER cooled my loft.
First it was ordering a part, which took forever to install in 90+ degree weather in my loft. Next it was insufficient freon and then the next visit too much freon. Next I was told that the temperature would never go down to the temperature it was set at.
For example: if the air condition {AC} was set at 74 the inside temperature would be 79 or higher.
In spite of several requests to order a larger unit to accommodate an attic like environment prior to installation it has been proven by an independent source that Hulse's calculations were wrong, which has rendered the AC useless, when it is 80+ outside.
Hulse did a decent job installing our heat, but their workers left our place a mess - broken light in the basement, made a mess of our garage. They didn't call to tell us they wouldn't be coming to the jobsite, and service calls have been the same. Overall decent work, but I wouldn't recomend to a friend.
