Just an update to previous review. Can't make this stuff up. After they lost all my records and countless promises to send my supplies, I finally spoke to supervisor Jocelynn (Spelling?). She promised to send out the very next day and provided a tracking number on 1/16/15. It is now 1/28/15 and the status of the shipment is "Label created". Basically gave us a tracking number but again never followed through. Finally giving up on this company and working with Health Insurance to find a new supplier. I feel like I am on a hidden camera show, no idea how they stay in business. I hope this information prevents someone else from the frustration I have been dealing with as well as health complications faulty equipment is causing! Buyer Beware!

Genox called me about a job.. i was perfect for... I interviewed with them.. they said they would contact me in about a week. I called after the interview and mailed and faxed follow up letters ... they never called me back at all.
