IAC is one of the worst places you can ask to work for. Perhaps if you can find a way to get past the very shady management who wont even remember your name or even look at you. It may be good for you but the chances are you will not. First off when I applied I was told that the would be hiring soon and that the would hire me. It took over half a year for them to get to the drug test I already had a lower paying job by this point so I went ahead and did it worst mistake ever. About less then a month into my work I was called into the office and was fired for being to slow without warning out of no where. However I was only backed up twice the whole time only had training with one machine which that one noone in the whole plant could keep up with. The other one the machine was half broken so I called in a tech guy and it took over an hour for him to fix it. This kinda thing happens to a lot of people working here so unless you have no choice try to avoid these guys
