We drove through after it had rained. About a quarter mile into the park we go a flat tire. We tried to call the park office but the number listed with directory assistance was diconnected. Later we were told that number belonged to the previous owners. When we finnally made it to the end of the park and were waiting on a repair truck 2 other cars stopped to tell us they had gotten flat tires also. When I asked for a refund no one knew how to apply a credit to a credit card. They wanted to give me a pass to get in free next time. I said no next time for us. So they giving me cash for my refund. One of the employees explained that the rain does wash sharp large rocks accross the road. The other employee got mad at her for saying so. When I asked if people get flats often the one girl said yes the other said no, at the same time. Hmmmm. They do have a small bus that you can ride through but it was not running because of the rainy weather. Not real impressed. The place is being remodeled but it really needs alot of work. Many of the animals were not on display in the walk through area. They should have signs through out the drive through and possible give out information as to how to contact their front dest if there is an emergancy. I would not recommend. Save you money for Branson.
