Matt and the new crew there went above and beyond to get us back up and on the road. The prices compared to all the chains we called and they got us right in and Matt went above and beyond to do only what was needed.

I brought my car in because my exhaust was falling off. I had what was left hanging up with craft wire. 2 months later the exhaust fell off again, because when they replaced it they hung it back up with the craft wire instead of hanging it properly. I assumed that they hung it properly since I expressed that I was tired of rehanging it when the craft wire broke. I asked him if it was going to fall off again & he assured me that it wouldn't. Now, they say that it's not their responsibility because I didn't specifically say "hang it properly and don't use craft wire." I assumed it was clear since I expressed that I DIDN'T WANT CRAFT WIRE ON MY CAR! What kind of muffler shop lets a customer drive off with craft wire holding up their exhaust after they were supposed to "fix" it? Midas does. Since they refuse to take responsibility & fix it properly. I will never go back there. I hope you won't either!
