James Yeager Homebuilders Inc are proud to be celebrating their 22nd year in business! Starting small and purposely remaining that way, is just one of the attractive qualities they are known for. James and Julie have been a team from the beginning, starting their married lives together over 26 years ago. They have raised three children while building their business from scratch. Together they bring a culmination of talents for a truly unique building experience. James is a Renaissance man, a schooled draftsman who loves carpentry even more than drawing. He prefers to be at the job site leading each phase of the job and overseeing the entire project from start to finish. He builds every home as if it's his own. Julie is the spacial design expert who can make your dreams come alive on paper. Whether it's designing a home from scratch or improving a blueprint you may already love, her insightful ideas will compliment any design. She's available throughout the building process to answer design or general building production questions. Our Business If you choose to procure a lender, one of the first steps they typically require is to verify the financial stability of your builder. Be assured, we are financially sound and have all the credentials your bank or lender will need. We are considered an approved builder at over a dozen local lenders. We would be glad to recommend a few to choose from at your request.
