I can't say enough about our engagement ring purchase from Abshire and Haylan. The service is outstanding. These ladies, especially Cheri and Belinda, really take their time and listen to what you want so you get the perfect ring. And the quality and workmanship is amazing. Belinda is a true artist who's attention to detail and creative talents are above and beyond expectations. The pricing is also right on market if not better. And when they say it'll be ready it will be there. On time. I can honestly say we have a new Jewlers.
My husband bought me a white gold wedding band set from them. The engagement ring is tarnishing. I took it to them to ask why. They said it needs to be "redipped". We heard all kinds of silly reasons for why it was tarnishing. I have NEVER had ANY of my white gold rings needing "redipped". We have a warranty on it and they will not fix it without charging me for it. I will NEVER buy anything from there again.
