Awesome,. just awesome. With a potential winter storm coming in and having a backed up sewer line where I had 2 bathtubs full of water, there really was no guarantee that I could get pumped out. Chuck arrived near scheduled time and first, it looked rough. I was assured that I had a riser for the tank, I didn't. Through the cold and wet snow covered ground, Chuck found the lid and pumped out the tank and also dislodged out the blockage and gave me some great advise that will help for future issues to avoid. I have no problem in calling Dan's first and most likely the only since 2 of the other 4 services I called would not even make the effort to try to come out and the other 2 had extra charges for this and that, etc.
