The company provides a fleet of more than 21,000 maintained biomedical devices from a variety of manufacturers. Along with infusion-related products in the alternate site marketplace, the company sells its own brand of MedStream products. In addition, the company carries lines of other medical supplies such as respiratory, enteral, wound care, personal protection, pharmacy, clean room and hazardous waste disposal products. Medical Specialties Distributors has distribution warehouses in Stoughton, Mass.; Smyrna, Ga.; City of Industry, Calif.; Irving, Texas; Streetsboro, Ohio; Miami; and scheduled to open in 2005 locations in Portland, Ore., and Chicago.
