Our office has the most up-to-date electronic testing equipment available for diagnostic audiometric evaluation. Included in our standard evaluation test are: Pure tone air & bone conduction thresholds, Speech reception and speech discrimination, Levels of of loudness comfort & discomfort, Tympanometry, Video Otoscopy, Other tests as needed, 30 day Free trial, 0% Financing for up to 18 months* * Financing provided by Care Credit Financing, Storm Lake Hearing Aid Service encourages all of our clients to consult with their family physician concerning their hearing difficulties, and to give their audiometric test results to their physicians. What Products We Supply, Behind-the-ear (BTE), A Behind-The-Ear instrument is a solid-state device designed to fit most hearing losses. This model is often chosen when power or versatility is needed. In-the-ear (ITE), An In-The-Ear hearing instrument is custom designed and fits entirely in the ear. This model is often chosen for ease of use, cosmetic appearance and functionality.- In-the-canal (ITC), An In-The-Canal hearing instrument is similar to an ITE instrument, but is smaller in size. Completely-in-the-canal (CIC), A Completely-In-the-Canal hearing instrument is the smallest hearing aid that is manufactured. It is designed to fit entirely in the ear canal and is virtually invisible. We are an approved Medicaid (Title XIX) provider, and eligible Medicaid recipients are encouraged to contact our office for their hearing needs.
