I went for an invisalign consultation and left never wanting to go back. Although you can see a lot of money went into the facility, they should have spent more on customer service skills. I was taken back to an exam room by a clinic assistant, and when I noted I was there to see about invisalign I was immediately bombarded with costs and treatment variants that it left my head spinning. AND THEN, the Dr. walked in only to add to the confusion all in under 5 min. I was given some brochures and encouraged to come back for what sounded like 15+ unnecessary visits and substantial costs! I feel I have gotten much better service elsewhere, and the costs were substantially higher than their competitors.
