NextGen is a great place to get fit. The trainers are very helpful and know exactly what they are doing. They can help you with your nutrition questions as well as your weightlifting form. The gym is the cleanest in town. The owners, Eric and Luila, are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. And if you are serious about your workouts, you will see amazing progress. Give it a try. It's worth every penny.
