Welcoming, professional, caring staff.. The BioMat is the perfect place to relax and regroup. Add "ear points" and an hour later life doesn't seem so overwhelming.
Dr. Marco is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I've been going for ear acupuncture and amazed how effective it has been. I feel so grounded and present, not to mention that my chronic neck tension has finally released. I highly recommend Stonington Natural Health Center. The waiting area itself is very relaxing and staff is so pleasant.
The acupuncture ear points are a wonderful way to try acupuncture for the first time. While sitting in a nice comfy chair the painless needles are placed in your ears and you just sit back and completely relax for 30 to 45 minutes. It's the most relaxing experience you can have for only $25. I go often to relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders and it works wonders. The full body acupuncture treatments are even more relaxing and can fix many health problems. I highly recommend it for anyone to try.
Professional Massage Therapists. I love massage at Stonington Natural Health Center! When I have sore muscles, need some relaxation, or have any pain, I know that the skill and talent of the LMTs at SNHC is exactly what I need.
