Since 1975, Lake HVAC has been providing commercial and industrial HVAC clients throughout New England with mechanical contracting services. Located in Stoneham, Mass., the company designs, builds and contracts installation of commercial ventilation units and systems. It specializes in servicing industrial, commercial, institutional and high tech/bio-tech clients. Industrial air conditioning and ventilation, biotech ventilation systems, high tech clean rooms and state of the art cogeneration units represent some areas of Lake HVAC's expertise in the industrial heating and cooling industry.
