when after a week it began to slip again, the words the "big chain" mechanic told me buzzed in my head. To justify a $1200 fee he said,"If you go to a "wholesale" shop they won't do the work properly. If my car was newer I would have paid his fee. So when it was slipping again I was prepared for finger pointing and no easy resolution. That seems to be the norm with discount businesses. Imagine my surprise when they asked me to drip it off at my convience, and they would look at it. I was astounded when they called back, saying there was a problem and would fix. Then to make it a complete experience they actually fixed the original transmission again and reinstalled it. Now it's working fine. They said,"Sometimes these things happedn." What doesn't happen is a business that stands behind it's work. Dealing with Mechanics can be frustrating but being able to trust someone is extremely valuable. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this business to all!

Wanted to thank Ed and rest of AF Trans again for their time, patience and generosity. I cannot express how I appreciated all that they did for me. Wish there were more human beings like Ed.

I wish there were words to express what a blessing AF Wholesale Transmission has been to me. There are not many people in their position who would have helped me the way they did. I just wanted to express my gratitude and let everyone know how greatly appreciated they are. I don’t know what I would have done without them looking out for me. They understood my situation and worked with me restored my faith that there are people out there who truly want to help others.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The man is dishonest, can't keep his word. example; you take your car in for a repair he give you a price the without authorization clam he did other repairs that was need and expect for you to pay 3x's the $$$$ amount . This place is really full of Shit!!!!

This place is a rip off! The only thing wholesale at this place is the quality. There was a issue 300 miles after the trans was rebuilt and he wouldn't take responsability!!!!!Smooth talker just to get you in the door and then he will SCREW you! Low balls the estimate which was 995.00 then the total was 1,800.00!

over priced (I checked prices later they charged 2.5 time what others would have) poor quality (the tans took three time to fix) total of 7 days to finish and in the end it still leaked trans fluid.
