Dan and his son are courteous and honest. Even when his supplier would negate on the deal for the AC, Dan would keep the original quoted price for me. When the new AC would malfunction after one month, instead of waiting to hear back from the dealer, he took the initiative to fix it right away. His prices are competitive but his honesty and commitment to great service is tough to beat.
