This is the most trustworthy mechanic's shop I have ever dealt with. I would take my truck (Toyota) here before anywhere else.

Ultra Care of Stockton hours of business is suppose to open at 8:00 a.m. I called on 12/20/2016 at about 8:40 a.m. and no one picked up the phone. I wanted to get an estimate to change a serpentine belt for my Chevy but that did not work out because Ultra was nowhere to be found, a.w.a.l, very disappointed. I tried to call back at 8:48 and I heard the same dial tone, nothing. I guess I won't waist any more of my time. For a young business, you figure that they would be eager for customers. Oh well, I guess I will go to the next shop.

Richard & his crew did fast work, very proffessional about their work while being honest & up front about what needs your car may have. I was in & out in around 1 hour on 3/16/2013.

Ricky and his team provide excellent service, honest and reasonable pricing, and are very competent mechanics. You want find better care for you car in Stockton.

I first used Ricky about three years ago, because I needed a radiator fixed and he was the least expensive shop. I have been back a number of times and the poblems has always been fixed the righ way the first time. I need struts done on my car and he is charging about half of whatever everyone else does.I plan to keep bringing my car there whenever I have the need.
