My grandfather passed away in February. I went home for the funeral and wanted to order flowers for viewing which happened to fall on Valentines day.. Because of travel, etc, I didn't get to make the order till the day of the viewing and had to call several florists on Valentine's Day (the busiest day of the year for florists) to find one that was willing to get a funeral arrangement to the viewing that day. I really appreciated the other florists being honest that they simply couldn't do it, but I appreciate even more Silveria's for making time to do the order and for doing it so beautifully - considering how busy they were they didn't scrimp or do a half hearted job. On such a very busy day they did a wonderful job and got it there when they said they would - all the while being courtious and pleasant. I highly recommend them. In fact, today is my Grandfather's birthday and I'm using Silveria's to send Grandma another bouquet to help her through the day.
