I had no clue what i wanted, Santini's came out put some marks on the ground and a week later it was done and was way beyond what i could mentally picture. it was so easy since they have all the knowledge and can forsee what you talk about and make a great space to enjoy.

I just read the past review and have to say, santini's had a small peice of sod approx 1 foot by 1.5 feet burn in the sun at my house and he came and repaired the following day that i called a month after installation. Also my dog broke a few plants by walking in the beds and he even gave us a new one. they had one sprinkler plug up a week later and he left his job site in tracy and came all the way to stockton to replace.

I am sure if you call with any issues Mr. Santini will take care of them. our job was 17,000.00 and he was over 950 cheaper than any one else. they were there only 1 day longer than he had told us, and we are very happy with the landscape, along with their price, peformance and warranty service.
