No test drive after job done!

They installed new struts onmy car and didn't test drive when completed. I drove it away and steering wouldn't kick back. They blamed it on the old struts not being stock! Took it to an alignment shop and they said it shouldn't be performing like that. They fixed the problem. Don't know if I'll be going back to Ricks.

Honest & excellent work

Been having my cars serviced by these guys for 3+ yrs. Their work is honest, professional, & cost reasonable. The only times I've had issues is because I decided to go with cheaper products, but once I've asked to go with OEM parts I 've only paid price difference in product & labor was free. They never pressure you into unnecessary maintenances or try to scam you into purchasing "special products" (75K mile oil). Actually, they educate consumers that certain suggestions made by the jiffy lubes are not necessary even bad for cars + one is throwing away $. Rick's is not the cheapest, but 1000 times better than dealer. I've tried cheaper shops, & Rick's notices immediately because of the sloppy jobs performed by these cheaper shops. After Rick's spotted the last sloppy & hazardous job on my wife's car (breaks) by Firestone, I'm only taking my car to Rick's. Only cons are that they are closed weekends, & they don't keep computerized records of consumers & their cars like the Jiffy Lubes, but this might be a good thing for some.
