Here's just a part of the email I sent to these folks Received NO response after another bad experience in their service dept. Makes it even worse I bought the car from them and still get bad service time after time.



There was an ignition/key issue with my car so I set up an appt the other day to get it fixed. So I show up this morning and am only told at that time the repair is not actually the ignition but the keys themselves and did I only have one key? Of course I had 2 keys but nobody told me when I made the appt I should bring all keys with me. I was very upset that nobody told me this when I made my appt 2 days earlier. The guy says he’s sorry but you can just bring in the other key. Let him know it’s an hour round trip drive as well as an hour for the repair and I was mad that I’m now expected to do it all over again vs. the repair being done once like it should have had the lady who made the appointment communicated what was going on and what I needed to bring.

Enough said. I would never buy a car from this place due to my experiences with them of which I cannot discuss at this time.
