My experience with the Law Office of John Kyle and Gregory Smith was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Greg Smith was my attorney. A couple of times I called to speak to him and he was in court but he always returned my calls. The 2 ladies that work in the office were alway able to answer any questions that I had. I would strongly recommend them. I'm told they have been in business over 30 years and I can see why. They are awesome!

This attorney took my money and would not give it back

I went to Mr. Kyle's office when I was overwhelmed with stress and about to lose my house. The staff treated me like I was important to them and they actually wanted to help me. They were extremely efficient and professional but they were not cold to me. They got my case filed in 2 days and I was able to keep my house. I am so very grateful to them and the help they gave me. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Mr. Kyle explained everything to me in detail. He made sure I knew the process and let me know my bankruptcy shouldn't be a problem at all. He was very honest and has integrity. He didn't want to lie and screw anyone over. I respect the way he conducts his firm. My bankruptcy was discharged July 5th, which I am grateful for. My only complaint is that I did not hear from them much but when I called them, they explained it takes time for court hearings and documents to be filed so there's nothing we can do but wait in the mean time, which I understand because that's just the system.



Overall, I am very happy with the outcome and happy with Mr. Kyle's knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend him!

I am so happy with the service and the previous reviews are not anything what I experienced. John was great and the office staff was friendly and do a great job. you never even sit down with a lawyer.just pay your money and hope for the best.Would mot recomend them bad service just bad.you really need to take sometime when picking a lawyer.

My meetings with Mr. Kyle were always optimistic and didn't have a problem with him personally. However, it took them 6 months after they got my money and paperwork to file my case. "Customer service" is practically non-existent.

Don't expect to get phone calls returned. They also have ridiculous "phone hours" of 9 - 4. It's pointless to leave a message on the machine.
