Sorry, sorry, sorry shop ! My buddy bought a bike from this shop on his fifth ride the bike caught on fire! & 3 months later he is still riding his bike. There is no excuse for sorry customer service. They should call it nightmare rides. When it comes to this shop just DON'T DO IT!

Terrible! If you walk through his door your an idiot.

I had an interesting ride down I-5 lateTuesday nite. John (Dream Rides it Stockton) put a tire on the front of my bike shortly before I left for Southern Cal. Bike was vibrating at speed. I checked the tires at my first fuel stop and found he had not removed the old balance weights (2 oz on one side)! And to make matters even worse, he installed the tire backwards on the wheel. When he realized what he had done, he just flipped the wheel around and installed it backwards on the bike!! Not bad for a $60.00 mount-and-balance job erh? This is the 2nd time John has screwed-up a job on my bike. I can promise you he isn't going to get a 3rd opportunity. I cut-off the 2 ounces of weights and checked & double checked all the nuts & bolts and front axle. Then continued on my way fairly vibration free. This guy is going to kill someone someday!

i braught my 01 harley in for drivability issues wasnt running right,dream rides has great customer service fixed my bike right the first time.and repair work was coverd by my harley extended waranty, i recomend this repair shop for all youre halrey needs.ill be back for service repair and parts
