My name is Monica and I love Doctor Pablo Jacobo, at gotta smile on Robin hood drive! I also love his staff Doctor Jacobo has been my dentist for years and he is the best dentist I know in San Joaquin county! I would recommend him to Family and friends! I have tried other dentist but other dentist weren't as compassionate are gave me good service like this dentist and his staff I would not change dentist for nothing! Thank you to his staff and dr. Do not go to this dentist. I went in for a toothache and I had other teeth that needed work. After some persuasion I allowed the dentist to cap my front teeth. There was actuallynohting wrong with those teeth they were just spaced. The staff assured me that the insurance would cover it. Turns out they had some shady business practice that my insurance was not follish enough to go for. I ended up paying for the caps myself whcih would have been fine except now those teeh are ruined. I will have to have someone fix them. I can't bite anything that is not soft. They also ordered a bridge for me that did not fit. They have the bridge in their office and did not return my money. After about 4000 cash + what my insurance paid I still have issue with the 3 teeth I orginally went in for and now with my front teeth as well. I would never recommend them. Their accounting practices are horrid - double billing me for items and not keeping accurate reocrds. Promises and guarantees that were not upheld. Reagrding the bridge ., Dr Jacobo said if I tried it and it did not work to bring it back and they would refund it. I brought it back. Never got my money back. This place is a scam. Beware!!!

This denitst ruined my front teeth. After over 3000 of work my teeth are sore and loose. The billing pratices are unethical. Backdating to charge the insurance company etc. He asoboltey does not listen and will tell the patient anything reassring to get the work started so that he can collect the cash. I am going to a specialist to see if the damage can be corrected.

Havent been to the dentist in a while and I came in for a few fillings. My biggest fear was the pain and drilling, but to my surprise this Doctor was really quick. I didnt feel a bit of pain. Im stickin with this Dentist for sure.

Ive known Dr. Jacobo for years and he is awesome. Im now bringing my son here and the Doctor does a great job with kids. Would recommend to parents for sure.
