Hard to get appointments with this med group. Services I've had here are fine but I decided to switch to another.

He is the most unprofessional uncaring doctor I've ever seen. She called me a liar and said that she did not believe I was in pain. Steer clear of this doctor I can't call out the names that I would like to but I'll leave that to your imagination. You'll find her in the gutter

The day after Christmas, my daughter was coming down with a urine infection (she has had many occurances). Our regular emergency clinic we go to on Pacifc & Hammer Lane was closed. We have Blue Cross coverage and I called their info number to see who was open to see my daughter, and the operator reccomended ST. JOSEPH'S IMMEDIATE CARE, On March Lane. We sat for two hours before she was able to see a Doctor. She told him she has had these infections before. And so he had her take a urine test to verify this. We sat in the waiting room another hour. With that the doctor confirmed it and wrote her an prescription for antibiotics. Well, two months later, we get a bill from St. Joesph's Immediate care for $1200.00 for that visit! I called their billing office to complain and asked for a breakdown of the bill. Another bill comes in two months with the breakdown and a adjustment of the bill to $1054.00!

Whaaaaaat. There were seven different tests each billed over $100 and more. Something is wrong. I know some people in the lab business, and asked if this is normal and their opinion was, we are grossly overbilled and what is usually a bundle test was taken apart and billed separtately. I am sending a complaint to the State Medical Board.

I am angry that this happened to us and what's worse, who else have they been doing this to? You can't let big business take advantage of patients like that, stand up and voice your complaints!
