H & H Engineering Construction specializes only in railroad construction and maintenance. The company serves railroad industries and government agencies. H & H serves over 500 customers throughout the Western United States. Its services include track design and inspections, construction, repairs and materials. H & H Engineering also performs track rehabilitation and material handling services for railroads and private industry. New construction services include yards, ports, unit train and intermodal facilities; industrial rail spurs; drill tracks for industrial parks; and concrete highway grade crossings. H & H is a member of the California Short Line Railroad Association, the California Grain & Feed Association and the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance Association.
