AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST!!!



My MacBook pro kept crashing. I found a repair extension for my MacBook model on Apple's website and wanted to know if my laptop qualified. Apple's website said to take it to an Apple Store or a certified apple service provider. Rather than driving to Modesto or Sacramento to the Apple Store, I decided to save some time and gas and go with these guys ( I figured they are certified by Apple after all). Huge mistake!



They ran some tests and found out my MacBook didn't qualify, which was fine, but since it did not qualify for the free repair extension they charged me $90 for running a few simple diagnostic tests that Apple would have done for free. Bottom line is they didn't fix my problem or tell me anything that i didnt already know, but still charged me $90. Do yourselves a favor and take that 20-40 minute drive to an Apple Retail Store. They will run diagnostic tests on your machines for free.



THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I wish I listened to these bad reviews before taking my laptop there.
