We driving 3000 miles and keep the temperature 0 /for the load/ I came here 10:30am open the trailer door back up to door 38

But still unload till 1:30pm and my refer temp going up to 25-32F. I told dispatch he asking me you want to close the trailer door? What is that means its too late still unloading till now

They need to do something better for unload I paid for $70 for 3 pallets but 3hrs still here please take the load right temperature and respect drivers...,,do something think about it.....
