This place doesn't deserve any stars , I'm not from here I'm from Cali so I came down here to visit mind you I'm pregnant and haven't ate in 5 days straight they just ran blood n urine sample n offered to give me zofran n to send me home , which I found very odd because I came in there with pain in my stomach n back literally felt like I was dying he didn't even suggest that I get a ultra sound or an IV this hospital is horrible I came back the next day and i literally been sitting in the waiting room for over than 8 hours mind you so has other ppl , they told us they take minor problems first what the hell this place needs to be shut the fuck down this place is a joke never been to a hospital where they don't care if you're on your death bed just terrible. I was forced to put that one star too.

In the ER as I write this. I brought my husband in due to severe pain (pancreatic issues). We arrived at 230 a.m. At this moment it is 5:38 and a new shift is arriving and he has yet to be seen by the doctor. An x-ray of his stomach was completed over an hour ago. So is this what our healthcare system has become?It's pathetic and unacceptable. Oh and not to mention that our rates that we pay to Blue Cross Blue Shield is ridiculous. I'm pissed! The front desk and the folks in the triage who take your information are very unprofessional and very rude people! I saw a young man about 17 come in with his parents, he was wriggling from pain, it seemed that none of the staff paid any mind, I even told one of the staff to get the child in before my husband. It is now 5:50 am and still sitting in a cold hallway watching staff past every so often with a look of stupidity on their face. If you think you are dying don't come here, you're better off at home. 6:00 a m and still nothing.

There's not enough space here to fully describe my terrible experience at PHH. I was hit by car on my motorcycle which was totaled. EMT (a whole other story) took me in and dumped me into a recliner (really??). In about 45 min the MD came in. Didn't even know it was a motorcycle wreck. Only then did she call for a stretcher & C collar (so as to document it was done). She, in fairness, was concerned and ordered CT scans to ck for bleeding. An hr later I went for scans. It was 2 hrs before they gave me pain med. It was over 6 hrs when a PA sutured my face and inside my mouth. I was alone this whole time and mostly in a state of shock. Couldn't think straight enough to advocate for myself. I'm a physical therapist, if that had been one of my patients, I would first of all, advocate for them to get things done properly and also try to offer comfort to someone obviously bewildered, scared and in pain. If you value your life go elsewhere for proper care and maybe even compassion if lucky

Ortho unit after knee replacement, worst care ever, unprofessional, untrained, this is the most horedous experience I have ever had.

My friend was having a baby and she asked me to come from Augusta as I am an EMT as well as a medical student (to be a physician). The nurse, Chris, yell and scream at her, caused her undue pain by violating the expected standards of care in the industry, lie to her, give her false medical information, assault her and force an unwanted epidural on her. She, Chris that is, insulted my friend's intelligence as well as my own and her supervisor did the same thing. Chris at one point also slammed me into the wall. They ignored our request to get a new nurse and in fact refused to come in to talk about it until shift change (so this was 10 hours of the nurse's abuse). Thank goodness that the night nurse was much better, but I know my friend has been working on getting rid of a medical phobia and quite frankly, it would not surprise me one bit if her phobia comes back in full force. This happened just yesterday 12/28/2015

I went to the ER last night in severe pain from a Kidney Stone. I could barely stand. The staff did not offer a wheelchair. 1 staff memeber said if I pass out then it would go quicker I tried to laugh but the pain was so bad. I felt like they were be rude and enjoyed saying there was a 6 hour wait or more. I called my daughter after midnight to pick me up and was never even seen by the triage nurse after being there for 2 hours plus.. I came home threw up and took some pain meds and doing better for now but not feeling all that great. The ER said that they use the fast-track system but I never saw it. I would never go there for care. You could die by the time you are seen.

Please DO NOT GO HERE OR SEND ANYONE HERE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE!!! I have proof that these people KILLED MY DAD!! so called "nurse" bi***@ the moment she walked in about working!! Then she SHOVED a cath into my father but never hit the bladder...REALLY???? I learned that in Health Occupations in 11th grade!!!! Hope the "nurse" has a merry christmas ?: Hope she got her "hair did" right this time...maybe another family wont be missing a loved one

I went to the emergency room with a blood pressure of 240/180. The doctor didn't want to treat me saying that they want the blood pressure to go down naturally. I was already taking blood pressure medication and something shot my blood pressure up. after a few hours when I refused to leave without some medication to lower my blood pressure, the doctoor finally gave me some medication. I won't recommend going there if you're having blood pressure problems.

I don't mind waiting because that is what you normally do in a hospital. But, when the staff doesn't listen to you and laughs at you like you're an idiot... Then I see a problem. If anyone has enough sense, 'DO NOT GO HERE'. They will screw you over.
