My experience here is usually very good in all aspects. Most of the people here are friendly and helpful. The only real complaint I’ve ever had here is this one woman who works mostly in customer service. She is one of the rudest and most condescending people I have come into contact with who works in a customer-oriented business.

This morning me and my husband went to Kohl's, Stockbridge, Ga to shop. We've been long time customers there and buy a lot of stuff every month. My husband found 2 T.Shirts on clearance which were stickered $ 5.00. When we went to checkout register, the cashier said that its not the right price and so the manager came and she was the rudest manager i've seen. She said the price is stickered wrong and i won't give u this price. So my husband said that why won't u honor your own discounted price whereas its your mistake. she just abruptly said that No, we won't. We were very disappointed with her rude, crude and no customer service behavior. We couldn't get her name but she is not fit to be a manager anywhere.

The service was superb! Very helpful, enjoyed my shopping experience.
