This dental practice combined with "dental insurance" (which is, in reality, a "discount plan" rather than TRUE dental insurance) is nothing but a cash grab. I had been paying dental premiums regularly and I was SUPPOSED to get 2 free dental cleanings a year. Instead, I was the one who got "cleaned out" - they poked and prodded at my gums and made a snap decision that "I needed more than a regular cleaning". Long story short - I ended up paying through the NOSE for a "special cleaning" - the dental hygenist said that if I didn't pay for that extreme treatment they would not treat me - she claimed that if she gave me a regular dental cleaning (which I felt I was entitled to), she would lose her license. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on ME.
