Due to a Lawsuit, I had to hire Mr. Bodiford's law firm to represent me. What I discovered, is Mr. Bodiford is not just a lawyer, he is an ethical and honest Attorney. I have so many good things to say about him. But here is what you need to know. 1. He is honest. 2. He will have your back and take care of business 3. He will not mince words, and give you an honest at straight forward evaluation of your situation. This Attorney was actually recommended to me by another attorney as being one of the very best. I agree. If ever (God forbid) I need another attorney, I will go RUNNING to Mr. Bodiford. Nothing but admiration and respect for him. Used this attorney some time ago and was disappointed with the representation I received. Still upsets me the way things were handled. Seemed to fly by the seat of his pants without doing the preparation work that should have been done. I do not recommend.

Absolutely worst lawyer. He has failed to respond to my calls for over a year now. He was chosen to be the guardian ad litem in my child custody case and will not give me the time of day to speak with him. Office staff was also very rude when i called. Come to find out, he personally knows my ex and his family. So crooked and thankful that the attorney i have representing me actually knows how law is practiced!!! DO NOT USE HIM if you actually want a resolution.

If you want the BEST representation, you need look no further. This attorney takes his cases very seriously and goes to court fully prepared to represent his clients. Be warned in advance. This is a no-nonsense attorney. You'd better have a good defense and be capable of providing any and all documentation to support your claims AND be willing to follow any instructions he might have for you in dealing with your particular situation. He's selective about those he will represent. He's tough on the opposing side but he's also tough on his clients. If you entertain the thought of seeking his professional counsel, you'd best know in advance that HE's in charge and has no reservations about telling you to go elsewhere.
